[631]made using the traditional method from 40/50% Pinot Noir, 30/40% Pinot Meunier and 10/20% Chardonnay grapes, of which between 20% and 30% are reserve wines. Well made in its most unctuous style and featuring ripe white, stone and red fruits, accompanied by floral, spicy and toasted notes, it has pulsating acidity and a firm, creamy texture, which bring support and fluidity to the whole. Structured but also refined, it has a full and persistent finish, with hints of earth, dried fruits, currants and yeast.
